Universal Data Interface Corp Welcomes XML Authority to the Senior Management Team

NEW YORK, October 16, 2000 - Universal Data Interface Corporation, (UDICo), a leading XML based middleware company, today announced the hiring of Bob DuCharme as Vice President of Corporate Documentation.

As Vice President of Universal Data Interface Corp's Corporate Documentation, Mr. DuCharme will oversee the development of the company's training and reference manuals. "Bob is a renowned author on XML. He brings years of expertise in this area and his experience as an author will enable UDICo to provide first class training and reference manuals," said Adam Greissman, UDICo's CEO, CTO and founder. Prior to joining Universal Data Interface Corporation, Mr. DuCharme was an assistant vice president at Moody's Investors Service where he oversaw the implementation of SGML and XML technology in their publishing systems. His books include Prentice Hall's "XML: The Annotated Specification" and "SGML CD," a tutorial and user's guide to free SGML software. Bob writes the "Transforming XML" column for XML.com and has contributed to XML Magazine, XML Journal, and IBM developerWorks.
