The Universal Data Interface Corporation Begins Operations in New York

NEW YORK, September 19, 2000 - Universal Data Interface Corporation, UDICo, www.udico.com today announces the official launch of a new middleware software company. The Company's product, the Universal Data Interface (UDI), is the best of breed XML based middleware solution, and was designed to convert tons of data and manage millions of transactions - quickly, easily, and in real time, without the need for writing costly code.

The UDI was designed to overcome one of the biggest hurdles facing organizations today; seamlessly linking internal systems infrastructure and connecting it to the B2B environment without using compiled languages, like C++, Java, or Visual Basic. Companies that use UDI will be able to access their legacy data and engage in B2B e-commerce faster and more cost effectively. UDICo will redefine current price points in the middleware marketplace, allowing integrators and e-businesses access to this once cost-prohibitive technology.

Credit Lyonnais Securities (USA) Inc.'s e-finance group has been engaged by UDICo as its financial advisor to assist the company in raising capital. Credit Lyonnais, one of the first users of the UDI, is a worldwide financial institution based in Paris, France.

UDICo also announced the addition of Simon Smith as the Chief Financial Officer and Mark Hoffman as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr Smith said, " The solution that UDI provides to the problem of Data Integration is a compelling one. We have a fully developed and proven product. This gives us strong pricing flexibility to go after sales. We expect to be profitable within 6 months."

The Company also announced the launch of their website at www.udico.com. The website will be "powered by the UDI" and will illustrate the dynamic application of the UDI for web based customer relationship management.
